Stupid Maui driver & too many lawyers

Donny, I've told you before how crappy Maui drivers are. Here is an example.

She's drunk (3X over the legal limit), she's stoned, she drives over a cliff, she kills someone (besides herself). Now her family is suing (too many lawyers). This is so messed up. The State needs to battle this out and make sure her family is broke and the lawyer is broke after this crap.

Given their mentality, I would argue that he state needs to sue the parents for failure to control their daughter!

I agree. It's always someone else's fault. The fact that their daughter caused the death of another person was not addressed by them either.

What the hell are those parents thinking? Not only was she drunk but she was high, also, she had an infant in the car. Someone needs to slap these parents so that they realize that their daughter's stupidity took someone else's life.
