I gave it a fantastic for the execution of it all, fight scenes and space battles were awesome. The story (screenplay) imho needed some work though.

it was better than eps I and II but still not as good as the original 3. The ending was horrid IMO ... everything seemed so rushed after the last fight scene

Did it annoy anybody else that that one robot had a cough and walked all hunched over?

I thought it was the best of the films that Lucas directed (with the Empire Strikes Back being the best of them all). IV was ground breaking at the time, but is a bit hokey now. VI......well it's a muppet movie and I cannot believe Lucas re-edited it so that Luke is something like 5 feet from the Emporer and can't cut his head off.

Yes the story needed work, but it is after all a Lucas film, his films have all gone downhill since American Grafitti.

I was wondering about Grevous too, but it seemed like he had some organic parts (where Obi Wan pried open prior to using the blaster).

You have to watch the Clone Wars animated series to understand that one. I don't want to spoil it.

You can see the last 5 episodes here, but you should watch them all. It pretty much takes you from the end of episode 2 right into the beginning of episode 3.
