Rice is good
So I was listening to a short speech the other night. The presentation was about how RICE is good for injuries, specifically for twists/strains/sprains.
It goes something like this.
R - Raise affected areas
I - Ice down injured area
C - Use compression to reduce swelling
E - Elevate affected area
So to conclude, rice is good:

Well the way I see it, your butt is the same color as rice. Just make sure nobody sticks his chopsticks into your rice.
