Rice is good
So I was listening to a short speech the other night. The presentation was about how RICE is good for injuries, specifically for twists/strains/sprains.
It goes something like this.
R - Raise affected areas
I - Ice down injured area
C - Use compression to reduce swelling
E - Elevate affected area
So to conclude, rice is good:

navy ... with the amount of time you're spending in Japan i believe you may be more yellow than some of us indigenous yellows
