When I run on a treadmill, I feel like a rat running on one of those little wheels.
I usually focus on the hot chick right in front of me ALWAYS choose a treadmill directly behind a girl in tight workout clothes, those eliptical machines that are right in front of the treadmills at my gym tend to do a good job of showin' off the goods!!!!
HAHAHA! At my gym the treads are in the front row and the bikes in the back with the eliptical right in the middle. Most of the women in my gym run the elipticle so I ride the bikes.....hahaha!

I've got a few bikes, but mostly (almost all the time) I ride a 2005 Specialized Allez Elite. I try to do 30 miles per outing, 4 days a week. I try to average 20mph door-to-door, managed to do it a few times.

Only been riding for about 9 months after a 10 year hiatus. I love it.

Kal.

I ran to the store for a 12-pack of Killians today. Then, after knocking half of 'em down, I ran to the loo... twice. Does any of that count?
