Yep, see my S2000 thread for discussion. Basically, I love the car, but I can get a roadster and a beater pickup for less money than I'm paying now. Two specific cars instead of one general...seems to make sense.

Don't be too quick...the car might not sell, demand for 6MT sedans is pretty low. So worst case is that I'm stuck with a car I already love!

Trade-in not an option? Can't you save some tax $$$ by trading it in? (BTW tell them after the transaction that you'd be willing to trade the G)

No luck on the trade-in...I'll probably be buying from a private party. Plus I want to see how much I can get for my car before I make a decision on the replacement.

Tried to talk my friend into buying it but he just paid off his Jeep and he doesn't want another car payment right now.

He used to want an A4 until he rode in my G. That changed his mind in a hurry.
