Just to let you all know I didn't get a G35, instead I bought a Civic Ex. What a let down huh? My parents handed me 20k I invested it....and had about 25k and bought the civic. Theres a huge plan about payment and yadda yadda but not to bother you with details. I figured a G35 is to rich for my blood...hehe...at least for now.
Whats been going on around here anyone? I've been horriibly busy with school, and now that colleges have sent out acceptance letters I'm going to be busy visiting schools. But I do have more time on weekdays now, so I plan on making a come back here.

LoL...I'm looking at UCR or UCSC...I really wanted UCSB and UCI but got rejected. *ouch hurts right here* a lot of my friends are going to UCI, and they all want me to appeal but I have no grounds for the appeal. They told me to make bullshit up and appeal anyone. I kinda feel its time for me to start a new chapter make new friends and stuff...lol...
U know a thing or two about UCR or UCSC? I'm going to visit on my spring break...maybe u guys can tell me what to expect.
hey boogie... welcome back. For what it's worth, I think you made the right choice with the civic and investing the rest. You got plenty of time to spend that kind of money on a car.
Obviously kloh is losing it because he (a) is double posting and (b) is calling you boogie. If he was really off the deep end he might have gone with booger.
Anywhoo, I think you did the right thing in investing the money and getting the Civic. There's no letdown in a Civic, in a mustang, but not a Civic.
I personally thought you died or something since you kind of just dropped of the face of the 6MT world. I am glad to see you are doing OK and will be moving on to college.
Word for the wise, this is the death period in high school. No one is going to flunk you so now's the time where people start going nuts after being cooped up in high school for all those years (don't give the bird to the teachers until after you've been accepted).

HS is getting weird, I thought it was going to be all easy 2nd semester but its hard shit. I even got finals its crazy. Not easy at all....
Anywayz the civic is a nice car but I'm having minor problems with it.
I bought it like 5 weeks ago, and 5 days after i drove it off the lot I noticed the driver side door was a few shades darker than the rest of the car. Now I brought it back to the dealership and it took them 1 month to get the paint job approved because the district rep had to approve it. They didn't even tell me the rep was going to be at the dealership I had to call and find out. They had me driving back and forth about 4 times to the dealership and 1 time to the body shop. After serveal phone calls I final got my car ready for paint. But I wanted something in compensation for my problems. All the time I had to wait, but the district rep would give me jack. I feel ripped off, I buy a car brand new the doors discolored. For all I know it could have more problems, or it could have been damaged in transport. And they will give me nothing in goodwill for my waiting.
Sry had to rant about my civic. Its a nice car, but I hate the fact the paint came messed up, I hate the fact it took them one month, and I hate the fact they think painting it will fix everything. People on the 7thgencivic forum think they should give me a new car, but she wouldn't even give me extended warrenty as a sign of good will and as a sign that they stand behind their product. I called honda usa and left a message, someone will be calling me back in 24-48 hours.
damn that sucks. I didn't do jack my senior year ... especially after mid-terms since I only had 1 final I had to take. I miss highschool so much ... cherish the time while ya got.
Sucks about the Civic. You're rant is well deserved ... Civic or not, it's a new car and should come perfect. Keep us updated and don't drop off the face of the Earth again
and as an update ... I'm not longer the lil whore I was before ... still frequent but no where near my first few months here

I dunno what to do about the civic thing....she really didn't care about what I had to say...hopefully the honda rep will care more. If not I'll have to think of something else to do...I need to get someone to help me out someone with power.
bogs...i went to ucr for undergrad...not much to do out in riverside but there are some hotties. the new gym is pretty nice though. had a great four years there. santa cruz may have a nicer campus but i'd pick ucr over ucsc for academic reasons.
