well just so you guys know, i will be going on a trip tomorrow to costa rica for about a month. i will try to keep in touch in order to keep this forum exciting!

anyways, i was driving in my eclipse to drop it off at my brother's house since i want him to try to sell it during the time that i will be away (so that i wont have to see it go ). as i was on my way, i see a real nice black coupe comes out of a corner, and i saw a mustang not that far away, so i thought "hey! i wanna see the coupe go after the GT!!!". but the coupe decided to come after me! the coupe got right on me, and started to tailgate. naturally, i didnt back down and let a rip of my turbo in order to show him wats up. he reved his engine back on me (sounded pretty stock). unfortunately, i had my dad in his car infront of us (because he was going to drive me back from dropping off the eclipse) so i wasnt going to pull anything stupid in front of him. but that coupe really pissed me off! he started chirpping gears behind me! asshole..... i wouldve raced it, i wouldve gotten smoked but hey wat the hell. i was planning on pulling next to him to tell him "hey! i have a G35 too!" so he could say "yeah right" and peel out in my face.
the funny thing is that i feel betrayed! i got attacked by my own kind!!!! oh well, i probably would've been trying to race an eclipse in my G also :P
LoL, ahhh that sucks.....but he's not a psychic so there was no way he knew you had one unless you physically told and showed him you had one, lol.......i know that feeling though and it sucks

well i did have my G keys on me, i dunno if that counts as hard evidence.
I have a similar story. I'm driving home from a callout about 1:00 am a few weeks ago. The streets are fairly empty when an black '05 coupe pulls up next to me. He looks over at me and says "auto huh?" and starts revving his engine. I'm wondering how he knows I have and auto but more on that later I'm ready to surprise this guy. So I look back over at him and I say "yup" and rev back at him.
So we get a green and it's maybe an eight of a mile to the next light. I edged him out by a length or so. He pulls up to me again and says "dude that was awesome, what do you have going on under there?" I tell him that I have just about all of the usual bolt ons. I get around to asking him how he knew that mine was an auto. Apparently he works on brakes for a living and saw that mine were smaller than his. Apparently the '05s are an inch or so larger than the '04 non-brembos.
But to make a long story short at first I thought he was an ass for revving on a fellow G but he turned out to be another pretty cool G owner.

I feel so proud to have my G, I've dusted an s2000, a '03 Z28, a Nissan Z and a Mercedes SL 55. My Wednesday car is QUICK! Or perhaps I am just a better driver LOL
