Hey Brit, I'm calling you out to bury the hatchet because for my own selfish reasons.
I want to buy an Elise. Simple as that.
I want to know everything about this car before I head to the dealership. And you're the only person around these parts that know so much about the Elise or Lotus's in general.
Can you show me links of modded Elise's?
I heard that it's possible to drop a s2k motor to replace the toyota celica motor.
Also, I'd like to know what would be the best route to go for FI? Supercharger or turbocharger and if the engine bay will accomodate either or.

the S2K motor drop was done a lot with the previous generation Elise. I haven't seen any of the current gen elises with it done. a small turbo or super charger should fit the engine bay. The europeans get one with a turbo but its a different engine. If you wanna find out about the F/I ability of the engine how bout hitting up some Celica forums?

Well, I was out at BWs eating wings on Friday waiting to meet a friend...5 guys from local car dealership were like "you wanna drive a Lotus, we'll get the keys right now". So I guess if I want to test drive one that would be easy...just show up in the G and take it out...but still it would be better to have for an entire day of fun.
Not my fault that this State has gone Red every election cept for Billy. I hate GWB and if it were not for the fact that it would have gotten me killed instantly I wanted a bumper sticker that said, "Cheney Planned 911".

dizz, you should wait and get the exige when it comes out. the exige is by far the best looking elise and much better performance. only for about 50,000. you should order it ahead of time.
