Installation is not too difficult and detailed instructions with photos are on the site under "mod guides"though my was done by the dealer. I had my pulley set done at the same time so I don't really know how much of the change was due to each mod but I suspect the Crawford Plenum is the major contributor to the change. And what a change! It as if I am driving a different car. It has simply come alive and the sleeping giant has begun to stir. Those who say mods are a waste of time and money are those who have not done any mods - pick your mods carefully after investigation and you will reap the rewards of a much more responsive G and a better driving experience.
So far I have done only 4 performance mods: the plenum, a Roar intake, a grounding kit, and a complete pulley set by Unorthodox Racing. I am planning to also go with the Crawford high flo cats, the dual wall Stillen exhaust and headers by either Stillen or Crawford, a lightweight flywheel when I need a new clutch.
Yes, the dealer did the work as well as reset the ECU on the plenum and the Roar filter. They charged for 2 hours for the plenum install and I purchased it through Crawford on their site.
