nice. the dyno run was interesting. if they estimate a 15% drivetrain loss, the GT-R is making just over 500hp and 500 lb/ft torque. that torque number is waaaaay over the 430 claimed by Nissan. thats how this heavy bitch gets moving!

BTW if anybody was curious I did a payment calc on a GT-R and a ball park payment is 1200.00.

they say its more like 10-15%. and who cares whats goin to the crank. it matters whats going to the ground

and its not more than 480, some dynos have shown 473 and the car can still do what it does.

did you see the video?????? they said its making over 500hp and that 15% was conservative.....meaning, its that or higher.

but my point is who cares about what the hp is at the crank. like its anything new for nissan to understand the hp from the Skylines/GT-R.

dude, try watching the videos again before you start commenting. the hp hitting the ground is in the neighborhood of 430, not 480.

and my comment earlier was that the torque numbers were way underestimated....thats whats getting the GT-R going....
