Default Things we have runned over

There is no proof of it, but there was a discussion in Gardiner's bar about things we have runned over (or nearly runned over).

I'll start off:

'95 Prelude:
- Mynah bird when this car was a couple of weeks old (dented my front license plate.
- Not much else, but hundreds of potholes in my crappy road

'04 G35:
- Executed a dove...he fought back by chipping my front bumper, the bastard.

Baby squirrel and a chipmunk. I felt terrible and felt like turning around and staying home from work that day. I feel so bad when I see dead animals in the road. It tears me up.

i wasn't actually driving, but was in the car, hit a squirrel and the tire spun him up into the air. he then became a flying squirrel.

another time hit a seagull. that wasn't fun.

Cats suck too, they can really mess up your suspension.

So far in the G i've waged a war against Possums, Raccoons, and Skunks. I don't care how bad this sounds but I refuse to swerve for those damn things. Never saw a possum or skunk till i got the G. In my old CRV i was on better terms with nature but had the occasional run over with squirrels and chipmunks. I had a bird fall onto my windshield before.

I hit a cat one day while driving my first CRXsi, the cat ran out in front of me while I doing 115mph.

That cannot be good. When I drilled the cat I was only doing about 40.......thunk...thunk...

At 115 it must be like an instant blender

What kind of damage did the deer do (I'm assuming it's worse than the havs ------> alignment only?)?

I remember seeing a moose impact pic here a while back that was pretty trippy. (Not one of our members, just a pic on the web)

Nope Ru, it was a moose not a deer....although I haven't seen that deer pic before.

Something I didn't think about earlier with my cat hit. Second thunk was probably the cat being dribbled off the bottom of the car (not the rear wheel).
