Default Acura Web Site Evaluation

I forgot to tell you guys that last week, I was invited to a forum that paid $100 for two hours worth of input. Basically, you filled out a questionnaire, then evaluated what ended up being Acura's website. They wanted to know what you liked, disliked, etc.

I sure some of you have done similar marketing things like this before. $100 is not bad for two hours worth of work. []

This is not uncommon at all. We do it all the time in order to get the customer's perspective. Doesn't mean we always do what you guys say though

Damn man how do I get into that?

When I was doing my research on cars to buy I visited Acura's website. Like their cars I felt it was planned very well and executed the same. I was impressed.

The Nissan and Infiniti sites sucked in comparison.

Don, is there anything special that Honda is planning, or is this pretty much a run of the mill thing?

They may have made him sign a non-disclosure agreement -- meaning he might not be able to talk about what he saw.

Never thought about the non-disclosure. It seems almost impossible to enforce though.

Ah well I guess Don will take those secrets to the grave along with where Jimmy Hoffa is buried.[V]

No, no non-disclosure. A marketing company called and said they were looking for Infiniti enthusiasts for some market research. Upon hearing the details, I of course signed up. But when I got the details in the mail, they said it was website evaluation. No problem; it still paid $100. It ended up being enthusiasts of various marques, all there to review Acura's website. It was pretty cool.

If you filled out (and returned) the survey for a buck, you increase your chances of getting called-in for a group.
