Ive got Shumey's f1 ride. I used it to race brit's lotus. I still lost. He was right. The lotus is all powerful.

I would love to get an Elise and "test it" for about 6 months. Wonder how much I would lose when I sold it 6 months later. ebay had ticket reservtions from Lotus to buy an Elise at MSRP for about 5k. Definitely not a car I would want to keep for years, but I would like to break it in.

Some guy brought an Elise (imported from Britain) on his trailer last weekend to autocross. Beautiful little car. First one I've seen up close. He couldn't drive for shit though. I kicked his ass by 2.5 seconds on a 40 second course. I'm not even that great. [:P]

I guess he wasn't the Road Runner, then. That's what I call a good kill-at the Autocross track. I hope to do some SCCA events once we get settled a bit in the new house.
