Default another accord put in its place

I was playing pool at breakers with a friend and we decided to leave. He borrowed his cousin's accord for a few weeks while his cousin is in England. It's lowered and has an exhaust and intake a few other little goodies but nothing big. I gotta admit it's a fun thing to drive unless you're pulling into a driveway or going over a speed bump...there is like no clearance. Well anyway ... we decide to go to wawa to get some ice tea (i love that ice tea ... i swear it's laced with heroin) We get to light 1 and he takes off ... I don't gun it hard cuz we're turning but I just stay next to him and once we finish the turn I jus take 2nd up to 5500 and saw some nice Piaa's behind my car. A little while down the road I get to a red light and come to a stop ... my friend is pretty far back and by the time he gets to the light it's green ... he drops to 2nd and guns it again ... I go WOT but shift at 4000 and pass him as I get to third. Finally we get to a red where we both stop ... light turns green the kids takes off and I do the same thing as before but instead shift at 3500 ... I leave him behind as I shift into 2. We pull into wawa and he's bitching & moaning that he's been taking it to the redline each time and he could tell from listening that I wasn't doing anything of the sort ... said he doesn't want pity runs. Not like I killed a lambo but still fun.

I'll second that comment, you gotta love the riced out civic's revving their engines at the light. It always gives me a good laugh.
