Sorry, the whole BMW maintenance thing does still get my blood boiling. That's mainly why the wife and I drive Japanese/Infiniti now.
clearly we have had different experiences with the whole german warranty thing. i find the infiniti warranty lacking, and am longing for the all inclusive thing again.
i can understand some people's concerns with the intervals dictated by bmw and others. but you have to also remember that german car companies do take much more responsibility (in general) for their vehicles when things go wrong than the japs.

I'll certainly agree with that.
Oh, the stories I could tell to the contrary, but that gets boring pretty quickly.
In spite of it all, I still do love to drive bimmers ....just hate buying and maintaining 'em.
