5 years ago...in my new Track edition 350Z i pulled up next to a nice looking 2nd generation MR2....no clue what he had under the hood but when we lined up side by side he put about and 1/8th of a mile on me
I hear ya. A few days ago, a fellow employee wanted to race me in his 92 Firebird crusty bucket. He annoyed me so much, I said I would do it. He had the L98 blah blah, and yeah, he beat me by a 1/4 car. At least I can turn when I want to...
My '02 civic. Was sitting at a light and a Mustang pulled up and revved so I thought what the hell, I can beat a regular mustang. Light went green and about .2 seconds later I realized I still had my car in 2nd gear
I don't get too many people wanting to race... pretty much just mustnags for some reason.

I happened to see a similar MR2, made me wonder if anyone else had ever gotten beaten bad. Guess you guys all drive 500hp monsters.....
im not a big racer so i havent really had any bad losses. generally the only ppl around here that want to race me are v6 mustakes and honduhs. i did lose to a DG coupe (identical to mine) that's turbo'd.
