theres 2 ways to warm it up:


1) leave your car in park, and let it warm until your temperature needle MOVES. (just moves)


2) put your car in drive, but DO NOT press the gas, and let it warm until your needle MOVES.

that's what this thread is saying NOT to do. it is better for your car to warm up if the engine is above idling because oil spreads through the engine faster. does it make a big difference...i doubt it but its still something to consider. so instead of waiting for teh car to warm up, drive slowly keeping rpms between 1.5-2k or just idle at those speeds
