Default Polish Compound

Ok, I applied, touch up paint (horrible, I am going to sand of the touch up and redo it with a toothpick.

So now that the area of the sanding lost all its luster, how to I restore the gloss?

I thought I would do it with polish compound, how do I use it (I am using turtle wax polish compound)

Thanks guys
