A new toy for me....
Thinking about getting a scooter to putt around on, this one will run 45mph but with a little tweaking run 70mph.

Scooters are like fat chicks -
They are both fun to ride, but you wouldn't want your friends to catch you on one.

He got caught riding one of the two things NWG35 mentioned, and it wasn't a moped/scooter.
