Since you are in Denver I would rush to Lowes, buy one of those large buckets of screws that contractors buy and make some snow tires for the G37. You already have the first one done.

if you're brave, start screwing it out. a lot of times it will just be the head of the screw and like 1/8th inch of the actualy screw. thats probably what it is, as it's harder to get a screw to penetrate the tire than a nail.
Wish that were the case; tried it and it's the whole thing ~1 inch. It was either deliberate or I'm pretty against the odds. Patch it is.

Took it to Discount Tire today and they patched it free of charge. AND I spent less than 10 minutes total in line between dropping off and picking up. First good experience I've had at one of those places in at least 4 years.

Update: Not even kidding.. 2 days after I had the tire patched, another NEW screw appeared in the tire. SAME tire. Nearly identical spot. Now someone tell me it's chance..

well if someone dropped screws in that corner of the driveway.... then the chance is pretty good. haha
but really.. that is weird, and sucks... sorry.. i hate those stock tires anyway... maybe your G is trying to tell you something!
