I checked with my guy, he said a 660 and above score gets you into top tier financing with Infiniti.

Its all bout what you pay for the vehicle. too many people are focused on lease price first. Negotiate the price of the vehicle first go for no more then 500 over invoice and make them eat the bank fee. Also keep and eye on the MF make sure it where it should be and they are not trying to make money off that.
