Owning a 3.5 Altima sedan, I looked at the Altima coupe prior to getting the G-35.
I was shocked the Altima had a window sticker of 32K or at least the loaded one I sat in at the dealer.
I can say the Altima sedan was dream car for maintenance. I still had original brakes when I got rid of it at 50K miles. try that with a G- coupe LOL.
The coupe is far more upscale and classy as far as I can tell but the Altima has us beat hands down with things like brakes, brake dust and rotors.
I had soo much faith in you bob. you are starting to disappoint me....
but you made the right choice in the end
Keep the faith baby. You got to remember I had been a very happy Altima owner at the time I had let it go.
My choice was probably a new Altima coupe or a slightly used G-35. You know the whole new vs used thing?
In the end I know I grabbed the superior car that loves to eat brakes and makes dust. LOL
nope no crack, you are correct that the interior layout is nicer which is nice because most of your time is spent inside the car. and lets not get started on the exterior because you know just look at them side by side. I mean don't get me wrong I think the G35's are an awesome car and are unique in there own way, but in my opinion newer is better in this case!
Well I have always found the exterior of the 37 a bit crappy looking. I think the 35 blows it out of the water. There are very few angles where I think the 37 looks even somewhat OK. On the other hand there isn't a single angle that I don't like on the 35..I guess we can just agree to disagree on this one
I will have to agree with you, but as in any new car I believe you get an acquired taste with it. It took me a little while to notice how cool the 37 actually looks. but your opion is well respected
all g37's are test driven on the streets. If the car can do 3 drive-bys without stalling it can be sold at the dealership. If not it gets crushed and turned into an ashtray
