Default G35 drivers quit bitching

anyone ever look at it this way?...... The slight mercedes benz-esq tweak to the G37 is a good thing for us G35 owners. Since the cars look so similar our resale values will not plumet nor will our cars look "old" as we cruise around town.

So many people bitch about changes in cars. Remeber how the "I hate the C6 corvette" and "Why did they get rid of the pop up headlights?". It's just human nature, I enjoy change, most of the time, it keeps things fresh. I am not really a fan of the new Audi TT, but I don't mind it. I like the new G37, it looks good.

good point on the resale value. i have been thinking the same...
i think everyone was just disappointed more than anything... we got all excited after seeing the sedan (which i think was a HUGE improvement vs. the g37's mild changes) and then we see the concept, got everyone excited about what was to come.
Gardiner what don't you like about the new TT? I have loved it since i first saw the spy shots.

I will say this the ass end (minus the chrome spoiler) looks a tad bit meaner on the G37 from the shots that someone posted of them side by side.

The G35 had a beyond its time look, unmatched by BMW or any other car company. Mine has staggered 20's, lowered and all that, it turns as many heads as my Zo6 or benz. Infiniti didnt steer far from a design that already looked great and worked.

Mercedes benz-esq? Mercedes drop value like none other because the changes between generations is usually huge...

depends on what model you are talking about. the last gen. e class is still selling really strong b/c of the moderate change for the newer ones.

I don't like the big grill and it lost some of its roundness.

yah the waterfall grill takes a little getting used to. i had a b6 A4 since it was new and when the new b6.5 A4's came out with the big grill i hated it. but now i love the look on all of the models. it's just audi's new thing and i think you'll get used to it and learn to love it

i actually considered getting an 07 a4 before i got my g.

So I sneaked into the Audi dealer's lot tonight to see what I could find.

agreed. Saw one on the street the other day. I think the TT looks more refined and mean at the same time. They did a great job with it.

After seeing the TT in person it looks better. I think they changed the waterfall from the first spy shots I saw, it's smaller now I think.
