2003.5 Sedan. Good deal?

I am on the verge of getting a very slightly used 2003.5 G35 Sedan. Can you guys confirm if this is a good deal?

2003.5 Desert Platinum
AT, premium, sport, navi
4700 miles

They were asking 30K for it. I got it down to 30,500 out-the-door. That works out to roughly 28K before fees.

What do you guys think? Should I go for it?

Ripoff, IMO

47,000 is high miles for a car that is essentially a year old.

Secondly, I bought my 2003.5 w/12miles (new) for $32k and change out the door...

Yes, I meant 4,700 miles. Showroom condition. I've been looking and similar cars without the Nav are asking about 30K.

That would be a fair price for a 2003 sedan with low mileage, from a dealer. The price is typically $2k less when dealing with a private seller.
