Default aux input with 05 std radio

Anyone has any info about the presence or absense of an auxillary input on the 05 G35 sedan. I believe I have the std radio and not the bose, at least I have no Sat button nor does the radio button cycle through sat options (which I've seen mentioned on the forums). I'm looking to add an Ipod but really don't want to do FM transmission if I can help it plus I found a pretty sweet ipod hook up system for pretty cheap online. It can do FM but it's not recommended.
Any help would be much appreciated. thanks

There is no stock aux input on your radio.

Go here on G35Driver Audio, Video & Electronics - G35Driver and search for "ipod." You will find an aux input like the PAC and USASpec that plug into the back of the readio.

Your car is prewired for satellite radio but it doesn't have a tuner.

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to find it now.
About the satellite though, are you saying I should have the sat harness even though I don't have a "Sat" button nor does the radio cycle through a "sat" option? If that is the case, I assume plugging the appropriate thing into the harness would allow the radio to cycle to the "sat" option?

Just checking.

Thanks,

Your car has a "radio" button, not a sat button. Only the 03-04 Gs had a sat button.

You car is also prewired for the sat tuner.
