differential clunk when shifting

does anybody have the differential make a clunking noise when they release their clutch only happens when i release the clutch to start going in first gear, & to reverse much louder in reverse, i don't hear anything while changing to higher gears only when starting & reversing is this normal? just had my oil in there changed to redline 75w90 i believe.

Also just noticed this now, when i have it in first, when driving slowly i step on the gasl and let go and i keep doing that fast a couple of times i hear the clunk as well, haven't heard it before i guess.

Are you sure the differential is clunking, not the transmission or the shifter?

nah its the differential for sure, its coming from the back, i've had the same problem with my supras
