Default Capacities of Transmissison and Differential

Does anyone know the actual capacities of a 2003.5 6MT tranmission and the differential? Any suggestions on what to put in the cases? Redline, Royal Purple, Lucas..............?

My suggestion may not apply but I had a very positive experience with RedLine transmission and differential fluids. I bought them cheap off eBay, put in my IS300, and now it shifts much smoother than it ever did before. Not sure if G35 can use same fluids...

+1 on the Redline, you'll need 3 qts for the tranny and 2 for the diff

Default Transmission and Differential fluid changed

Changed out the dealership oil and replaced with Redline MTL for the gear box and 75W/90 for the differential. What a difference in ease of shifting. I had no idea that just a change of oil in the gear box would make such a difference. Do I need to top off the gear box? It took all of the 3 quarts and did not drain back out.
