Default To Chrome Pillars or not to?

yeah, should I have the chrome pillars installed on my black 2005 G35x? What do you guys think?

I am also getting a front lip, GTR Overlays and a darker tint. Whats darker than 50 but lighter than 35% light pass through?

In the pics I've seen doesn't look half bad. Might need some Chrome rims to compliment them.

Yea, most definietly would look nice with the chrome wheels. But I am planning on keeping my stockers for a awhile. When I do switch I will not have chromes tho (looking at the Colks CE28N). So I was hoping that my car will be clean, and not flashy...but distinctive, catch my drift?

I would say no. Ever thought about blacking in the rest of the window trim? There's a guy on Driver that did it and it looks SWEET on his black sedan. The reason i say no, is you say you are going for a stealthy look and not putting chrome wheels on. It would look a little mismatched IMO.

Usually I am not a fan of blacking out stuff but on a black ride it can look very very good.

Get some dubs, but that's pretty expensive. Another way is to get a lip spoiler and skirts. Its not a whole body kit but it'll give your car a better look. Another thing you can do is change out the grille. I haven't really researched grilles for the sedan though so I don't know what's out there. You can lower your car and it'll look better. You can also get some stickers but that's pretty gay and would not recommend.

well, I wont be buying anything flashy. I noticed that many late model cars come with the chrome linning, and it looks good without being outrageous . I was just wondering if the chrome pillars would make me look like some street kid (which I dont want)
