Angry taillight overlays

Looks very very hot but would go over like a fart in church in my state (AZ). Show us pics of your wheels as well, they look anything but stock. I'd like to get all the overlays but DPS is very anal about everything, hell we have photo radar cameras on our FREEWAYS now fer chrissake! But ya know? I am going to get them anyhow. I just sent an e-mail. LOL Screw 'em! (the cops that is).

Cool overlays

There are cameras and radar detectors right on the sides of the freeways every 2 miles to catch speeders. It's photo radar and is set to snap ya if you are going 76+ (speed limit is 65). Now the 101 thru Scottsdale is a speedway so maybe they need it. I have heard of ppl. going 125 on stretches of it. Right now they have cameras from Shea Blvd to Scottsdale Road north and the next section is south to McDowell Road. Generates a LOT of revenue. I think the fine is going to be $175 a pop once they ramp it up (it's in the testing stages now). It'll make the city millions probably. I've always watched my speed here and with a conspicuous car it pays to pay attention. With fines as high as they are in this city, I don't want to take any chances with the overlays, a friend got popped with some sort of license plate device and the fine was $300! I just don't want to be throwing money at our gov't for the sake of having a cool car. It's cool enough as is. And I like my bright red led taillights.

Good 'ol Arizona. My parents used to live in Scottsdale, right off Bell and 60th! I miss that place.

I have pics of Ice Blue finish in my Celica and Scion Galleries. It's a nice finish, gives off a hyper blue effect . Email me to order:

Default overlays

Tell us oh wise one: how do the overlays attach? How WELL do they attach; i.e. will they hold up thru a carwash or must they be removed first? That pic of the '03 taillights turned my head, I just may have to order some. Screw the law.

Another of my concerns is if you take them off how does your lights look? Is there a bunch of residue that doesn't come off or is it fairly easy to clean. I'm hoping it's not a point of no return type of thing.
