Default Borla tomorrow!

Borla exhaust install scheduled for tomorrow morning! I'll try and get a review out in a week or so...

More to be thankful for on Thursday!

Cool. What kind of price are you looking at for the buy & install?

$749 for the exhaust, plus $65 for a 2005 "bracket" kit. Plus tax came to $879. Dealer install will be $200, so a total of $1079. I could have installed it myself, but I figured if I had any leaks or rattles, better to have the dealer somewhat responsible.

$749 sounds good, $1079 sounds

But regardless, the Borla should sound sweet!

Wow have prices gone up since having mine done (about $200 higher) but you will love the sound of the Borla. Congrats! 'Course the prices could vary by area hmmm..., anyhow, you will really like it!

Mike, we use the same dealer. How long ago did you get yours? Guess I should have checked with you first. Oh the humanity...

It's been about 2+ years now, that is why the prices went up.

What "bracket" kit are you talking about? I'm ordering the borla cat back next week for my 2005 sedan.

Thanks.

The exhaust package is the same for 2003-05, but some of the mounting brackets/clamps were changed for 2005. So there's an additional kit involved, or so I'm told.

Btw, all installed now. Very happy with it. It's got a nice tone, but not too much. Downshifts and throttle blips are nicely improved. I haven't heard it from the outside yet, will have my wife do a few runs past me.

Glad you like it, knew you would. I just hope Scottsdale Infiniti can install my headers.
