Default Possible Control Arm Replacement

Hi guys:
I've got a '03.5 Sedan and I've got a problem. I got a little excited going into a corner about 2 weeks ago and I hit the curb pretty hard with the front drivers side wheel. Hard enough to crack through the wheel pretty badly.
Immediately, it started to pull a little to the left and also the steering wheel was off center.
I took it in for a alignment and they fixed the steering wheel but they gave me the alignment numbers and want me to start replacing stuff. First the control arms and then whatever else comes next. The control arms are $700 with labor (approximately), but I am not sure that the control arms need to be replaced. With the steering wheel corrected the car goes straight for the most parts. On some roads where the road is bent, the car pulls to the left. This is of course with the stock all season tires.
There is also a severe rubbing sound whenever I am getting on a on-ramp to the interstate and going right or even if I am taking a right turn. The dealership thinks that is the hub assembly and so I am getting the drivers side hub replaced.
I am going to list the numbers and I am hoping if somebody can give me a suggestion on what I should consider doing. Go for it with the control arms or not? Also, with such huge costs, what about submitting it to insurance?
And looking at the numbers, the only numbers off are the following:
Front left Caster = 5.9 (should be 7.0-8.5)
Cross Camber = 1.2 (should be -0.8-0.8)
Cross Caster = -2.4 (should be -0.8-0.8)
I am not sure if I should go with a all-out suspension job if I dont need to. The dealership cant visually inspect any of the parts and therefore guarantee what will or will not work.
Please help.

control arms? is that the ball joint?? cuz if it is.... THEN HELL YEAH YOU BETTER CHANGE THAT! that's your life right there.

i dont know how you could get the insurance to pay for it, and im not too sure if that would be such a good idea anyways. in the long run, you might have to pay more because the insurance rose since that claim you placed. either that, or leave the insurance company once you got paid.

post some pictures of underneath the car, and within the wheel well, that will help us out to get a better image of the accident.

After you replace the necessary suspension components, you might want to consider a set of adjustable sway bars to help dial out that nasty understeer on oem rubber.

I am having the hub assembly replaced today so I am not sure what pictures you would like of underneath the car. They said the wheel bearings and hub were being replaced.
I am a little unsure about what the ball joint would be exactly. If you could explain, that would be great.
Thanks again for replying.
