Fitment of 18" wheels on non-Brembo coupe...

Can anyone tell me if this wheel & tire setup would fit properly on a 2003 G35 coupe without Brembo's?

FRONT: 18x8 wheel (+35mm offset) with 245/45/18 tires
REAR: 18x9 wheel (+35mm offest) with 275/40/18 tires

This is a set of wheels that I'm looking at buying wrapped with Goodyear F-1 tires, and I'm getting a hell of a price on them but I want to make sure they'll fit before buying.

Thanks! I just wanted to get a few second opinions, because over in another forum some people told me they would fit, and others said that the offset is too much or the tires are too wide. And I even called Infiniti but they said they can't give a "yes" or "no" for fitting aftermarket wheels unless I buy them through them, I guess they feel I would try to hold them responsible if they didn't fit.

I believe this should be the norm with most up graded wheels

Fronts - 18x8.5 with 245/40 rubber (+25 mm offset)
Rears - 18x9.5 with 275/40 rubber (+30 mm offset)
