Default got a quote..is this good??

Hi,
I got a quote for 05 6mt over the web..
First he said he can give me $900 over the invoice on any 05 sedan and msrp on any 05 6mt..
And I asked him more~ so he now said he can give me $500 of from the msrp for the 05 6mt that I want!..
Is this good enough? or should I ask more?
He even said that's about what he can do..though...
But first of all, I have to sell my evo..so I can get little cash to put down on G.
I want to know what you guys think..

Hi and welcome to the site!

that info doesn't really mean much. other things can be adjusted for whatever he says he will give you off. you need to get all the info (interest, term, etc.) look at it on paper then make sense of it.

good luck! and again, welcome!
and i just realized... going form the EVO to the Gcoupe. nice!

well if it helps I got 1700 off the sticker price. I think invoice should be about 2500 to 2000 off sticker so 900 over invoice isn't bad.

Invoice is closer to $3,000 under MSRP for the 04's. As part of any new car purchase you should investigate the dealer's invoice. There are services such as Consumer Reports that will indicate dealer invoice and MSRP for cars and their options. It is a small fee, but it's money well spent.
