Black is OK too, but gives you that painted steel rim look. The wheels sort of just get sucked into the background. If you are going to shell out the bucks for the wheels they should pop out.

I kinda like black rims. Black centers with a polished lip are suuuuhweeeet! They give a "I mean business" sort of look. I haven't seen black on a black coupe yet though, I'd definitely need to see pics.

Yeah, if your ride is black, a polished lip would break up the "background".
Of the pics that are displayed, I think the Iforged looks nice.
But no matter what kind or color rim you get, you have to drop it.
Flashy rims with stock ride height looks a bit "off" IMO.

I'm not big on bronze, unless it's on either a black or white car.. there just aren't many colors it looks good against, imo. I much prefer the gunmental or silver look, but when it comes to any styling type issue, such as this, it's all personal preference.. it's VERY hard to find a consensus on general rules of thumb. You have to live with it, so make the decision you can live with.. That's the only advice I'll offer up [thmsup]
Only turn off though would be if I had to alter my suspension to get it lower...I know the guy who has that car does have Tein suspension, but is the drop really that important to need them?
The only thing I don't want to mess with is internals. I'm not to fond of messing with stock parts and I dont want to sacrifice ride quality for rim quality. To those of you with rims...does your ride differ noticably from stock? Or is it negligable?
