Default Squeaky Sunroof ..What the hell ?

okay so everytime I wash or wipe my car...the sunroof part 'squeak' so I looked up Inifinitihelp site and here's what I found...

http://www.infinitihelp.com/Ownershi.../ITB04-024.htm

My question is...what the hell is a 3m silicone lub?? and will the dealership do anything for me or am I suppose to follow this thing and do it myself??? [dunno]

3M silicone spray is lube that will get rid of the squeeks...Kinda like WD-40. I'm sure the dealership will do it for you if you ask for it.

I had the same problem and the dealer did fix it for me. Just tell them about it, and bring a copy of the TSB just in case.

Yes. TSB = Technical Service Bulletin. The guide that tells the dealer how to fix it.
