Driver Side Power Window

Just a quick question about the automatic window. I've noticed that my driver side window doesn't go down as far as the passenger side when you open the door. Probably me just being too obcessive compulsive. I called my dealer and he gave me some line about that it was suppose to be that way b/c the door is used more frequently and it gives yuo a better seal. But this was the same guy who told me the pull to the right was nml. Needless to say I don't trust them very much. Any thoughts? And for you guys in Texas, is there a dealer you recommmend for service and questions, etc.

You're talking about the jump-down feature when you open the door, correct?

My drivers side descends less than the passenger side, as well. I have no idea why, but figure if it ever becomes a problem, I'll have them adjust it.
