MD/DC G owners - where to get service?

From where I live, Jim Coleman is the closest dealership. How is their service dept?

There seems to be relatively few Infiniti dealers in my area (it's an hour of backroads to get to JBa or ~20-25 mins down to Jim C and everything in DC/NoVA is further than JimC for me).

I guess I'm just looking to make sure there's no horror stories from their service dept so I know I can take it there without stressing while she's in the shop for an oil change or other service.

If they're bad I'll certainly be willing to drive a little further if there's a certain dealer that is highly recommended.
