I just realized something from the dealerhip. I currently have 04, 5AT coupe and realized that AT coupes do not come with silver/platnium middle console like MT coupes do.
Is it possible to to change it to the ones on MT coupes? if yes, how much would dealership charge for it?
It is hard to keep my console clean and I think it'd be alot easier to clean if I had a console like the Manual coupes....and I think it looks nicer.
Funny, I never noticed the interior was different on the 5AT vs. the 6MT.
Pictures seem to show that it's nearly the same plate, but I'd imagine the gear selector hole would be different on the 5AT. I'd suggest getting the relevant section of the factory service manual to see if they match.
Do a search on this site for "factory manual 19.9", you can find a one-day subscription that will allow the access you need. I'd print out the relevant sections if it turns out you can do the swap. (Some people have downloaded the whole thing...)

The sticker price on the Performance Tire and Wheel Package for the 5AT is $900. Where do they come up with $500 for just he trim?.

Because it's aftermarket. Everything's more expensive if it doesn't come on the car. The part is probably a couple hundred because it's OEM, then add on a couple hours of dealer service time at $80-100 per hour, and you'll hit $500 in no time.
