I ordered a set of Volk LE37T (gunmetal) wheels with matching Toyo T1S (245/35/ZR19, and 275/35/ZR19) tires. The offsets are +22 all around. Looking at the below picture of the rear wheel, shows that the spokes are flush with the rim.
Now, referencing a picture of a rear LE37T I found on the Internet, the rear wheel spokes recede substantially from the rim. It exhibits depth and proportion as any rear wheel should.
I believe any rear wheel without depth, looks plain silly. Actually, the wheels that I ordered will look as though the rear has front wheels on them. Is this an offset issue or should I request something specific for the LE37T’s?
Dieu, I do not know for sure, but if I was to guess, I would also think it's an offset issue.
I suggest that you call some other Volk distributors and ask your questions (about lip vs. offset), then go back and talk to the vendor you purchased your wheels from.
I like thsse wheels a lot on DG. Unfortunately, they're not mine (I have a sedan). These pics show the Front 19x9.5 +35 w/ 275/30/19 and full view of gabeg35coupe's ride to show how the offsets fill the wells. Hope it helps you out dieu.

Because I have the Eibach spring kit, will going with the exact same configuration of 19x 9.5 in the rear with a +29 offset and 19x8.5 in the front w/ a +25 offset pose any problems?
I cannot get over how incredible those wheels look. I am now convinced that great offsets make or break a wheel set.

I contacted Stillen.com and they recommended offsets of 19x8.5 +29 and 19x9.5 +34 (front/rear). Sean at Stillen stated that an offset of +34 rears would give me about a two or three finger “lip.” This sounds like the ticket.
Seems like a silly question, but are the lips the exact same size on the 19x8.5 +25 and 19x9.5 +29 (front/rear) vs. Stillen's recommended 19x8.5 +29 and 19x9.5 +34 (front/rear)? I would think?? Obviously, the latter set will be inside the well farther, I wonder how that will look presuming you can fit the former with your drop. You want to fill out your wells as far as possible, right? Have you checked to see what the lowest offset someone has been able to put on an Eibach lowered coupe with the same width rims and rubber?

I'm actually the mean sales person trying to sell these wheels off to dieu.
The whole offset game is a tad confusing, especially when it comes to the LE37T's. There's two type of spoke designs, there's a concave and a flat. The concave design was specifically made for the 350Z/G35 as the Brembo calipers tend to be a hassle to clear on most applications. The 19x10.5 +34 that is pictured was a special order and he specified for the concave in design. Technically speaking, a lesser offset will equal out to a greater sized lip. Volk (for the most part) has charts specifying what size lip the wheel will have depending on the offset and the offset type. Unfortunately the LE37T uses such a variety of these offset types (mostly high padding for Brembo caliper purposes) there are different designs to the wheel itself.
Generally speaking though, (even though it SHOULD make sense) the lip sizes could differ between a wheel with a +25 and a +29 versus a +29/+34 combo.
The GT-7 is an interesting example. It's build type is different than the other Volk series wheels. The popular application is a 19x8.5/19x9.5 with a +23 and a +24 and it has a huge lip in the rear. My GT-C which is a 20x10.5 Face 2 with a +22 has less of a lip than the 9.5 +24 GT-7! It's odd, really technical. I wish I could draw a design of each and every wheel to help clarify to the customers.
Nonetheless, I wanted to clear the clouds, or at least attempt to. I'm just hoping dieu will be content either way he goes and won't hate me

jason knows what hes talking about...I bought from him last december and mine fit perfectly with the tires I bought. He owns a G himself so hes that much better than someone else trying to fit wheels on our car.
Thanks again Jason for the great wheels.
