those aren't very good microfiber towels.. I bought those and they have a tendency to leave tiny yellow pieces..

Tiny yellow pieces of what, is this lint or something? Try washing the towels in ALL detergent by their self, do not use fabric softener.
What do people use to wash their microfiber towels? I just used the non-bleach whatever I have lying around ... this gonna damage my new toys? I not to use softner or dryer sheets
Most laundry detergents have softeners and smell fresheners in them, which can leave streaks when used for car polishing and window cleaning. Washing car cloths with other colored fabrics is not recommended as well. ALL detergent does not have these additives and will produce the most desirable detailing results. I just bag my dirty car cloths; towels etc. until I start to get low on them and wash them all together.
Question for you guys that use the microfiber to clean your windows ... do you apply the cleaning solution directly to the window or do you spray it on the towel then wipe? I just use Stoner's Invisible Glass and spray right on the window but it always gets on other parts of the car either from wind or splattering
