Hi I just got my G35 used and for some reason when i go to load a cd it says CD ERROR FOUND and i have no idea what to do. Has anyone else had this problem? The radio works fine so i don't know. Thanks for the help.

I had the same problem before. Take it to the dealership and they will change it for you. It's not a big problem. Good luck

Sometimes the G's CD player doesn't like to play burned CDs. Is it a burned cd?

I use exclusively burned CDs with no problems.

Does the CD's have a stick-on label?

no it won't let me load a CD even, as soon as I push load it says "CD Error FO" which i think stands for CD Error found. So is something wrong with the player? It is used so is it possible the last guy got a CD stuck in their?

Take it to the dealer and let them look at it. There have been threads in reference to CD player malfunctions in the past.

I have the same "CD Error Fo" message from a Cd that got stuck when it was automatically changing from CD 1 to CD 2. The dealer (Infiniti of South Atlanta) said it's a $500 repair to pull the player, send it to the manufacturer for repair, and reinstall. Plus it would be six weeks. I'm going to give a shot at pulling the disc player myself, but a manual would be nice. Any help out there?

That should be a warranty issue and should not cost you any money.

Try disconnectiong the battery and reconnecting I heard that it can sometimes help. Also did your CD's start skipping before it went out? My CD player skips some CD's that's not even scratched!GRRRRRR.... Bose sucks ass, overprice and not reliable. Damn POS!!!!!(Piece of Sh!t) Oh and yea I cleaned the lens this weekend.

1975A1 - I assume you searched on cd error to have found and resurected this thread. Did you happen to see this one which is only a few weeks old? http://www.6mt.net/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6722
