That's the reply I got from a local Infiniti dealer. :
"$795.00 for the "Protection Package" that is installed on every vehicle. The Protection Package includes a 3M Extra large Clear bra and Locking lug bolts.
Plus a reduction from MSRP of $500!!!
This means that you are saving $1,295.00 from the REGULAR PRICE!"
Not trying to be picky, just do not want the dealership to give you some hype on clear bra protection.
Asked how much of the surface the clear bra actually will cover. A full coverage bra install cost over $500. This protection should cover the entire front bumper, headlights, particle hood and mirrors for a full and complete install. There is even an area on the back bumper trunk area that you can get as well.

Sitting on lots?? where? In cali you cant find a six speed. When I bought my car a couple months ago you had to ordre a six speed and they wouldnt budge on the price. I went to a couple other dealers and they said the same thing. I guess it just depends on where you live and if you want a six speed. I could have got a hell of a deal on a auto but who wants that.
There are about 6-8 sitting at Grubbs right now. Apparently they were selling a demo w/aero, premium for 30k last weekend. I just heard about it, or I would have said something sooner.

A complete coverage clear bra is about 7-800 for whole front in NJ. At least with the dealer you can make sure that it is installed right which is the key to clear bra. Don't be too quick to discount. There is no doubt the dealer ismaking money but there is no substitute for quality.
....my two cents worth...?? Here in Southern California 6MTs are sold off the lot within a few days or just a week or so for the more expensive fully loaded units. I know this due to my trying to get the one I want for about 5 months, and I've seen them come and then go very quickly off of the Infiniti.com web-site locator. This relatively high demand has kept prices in this region right up at MSRP, so $500 back of MSRP is just about all one can get for a new, non-demo model..... Thankfully I just got mine last weekend...gotta go now, going for a drive........SEE YA !
