Anti-lacerative Window Coating

I puchased a new Escort 8500 X50 radar detector and it warns against using the windshield mount if your car as a anti-lacerative coating on the inside of the windshield. Anybody know if the G35 has such a thing? Any help is appreciated.

I bought the exact same radar detector. I take the mounts on and off quite frequently and it never leaves a spot (sometimes a little smudge, but that can be easily cleaned). You'll be okay.
