If you say so ???
I don't see why one would be upset with a company when you are the one who damaged the cosmetics of the product. The tag is (meant to be) permanently affixed to the unit (with its serial number, etc) and it seems resonable that if the aesthetics of this little tag (which has no impact on the form, fit, or function of the product you are otherwise happy with) is so important to you, they are being very accomodating to offer to replace it if you return it.
What would you have them do? Fly someone out to your location, drive to your house, remove, and replace the tag, and give you a free car wash?
We've all screwed things up in our life from time to time. One needs to get past the consternation and learn from the error.
I would recommed spending less energy on your frustration and enjoy driving your G and the performance of the supercharger. Life's too short to sweat the small stuff.
Have fun with your very fast G [

OK, enough said.... I was my fault and I will live with it. I still would buy another Procharger but would of thought with all the competition out there for everything customer service would be important to them.. Isn't making ours cars look good as they go fast a part of this? Otherwise we would be doing all these mods and buying good looking cars like our G's?
