I've used the brilliant silver touch-up paint on some rock pits/scratches. It's pretty good and definitely better than looking at the black underneath the silver paint.

Just take your time and put layer after layer of paint on there until it's even higher than the factory paint level. Then sand it down with some really really really fine sandpaper.

This product does not require sanding.

I've used the touch up paint and langka kit and it works pretty well. I can still kind of tell where the paint chip was if you look at it from just the right angle, but it definitely looks a lot better than before. Many light coats of the touch up paint is the key.

Also, depending on the size of the chip, the brush tip that comes with the touch up paint might be too broad. The langka kit comes with a finer point brush that works great, but I'm sure you can pick one up at Michael's or some other store that sells paint brushes.
