Seat Belt Tensioner

I love my 6MT, but the seat belt drives me crazy!
Every time I get out of the car, the seat belt does not fully retract.
When I get in again, the belt is inevitably caught in the door, and I have to open the door in order to put the seat belt on.

I have been to the dealer twice, but no joy. Now I'm looking for a new dealer...

Has anyone else had grief from their seat belts (do you wear it)?

Mine does the same thing and I have taken it for granted it that it goes with the turf. Actually, I am bothered more by the tugging on my neck and shoulder of the seat belt than the inability to retract all the way.

I'm tall, so the neck thing doesn't bother me.

But yes, twice the dealer said that they adjusted the spring tension.
No change.

Like I said, I'm going to find another dealer...
