I'm thinking about putting a Borla on my '04 6MT coupe, basically to get it to sound a little deeper. For any owners that have made the switch, does the Borla have the same growl as the stock when you rev it high in first gear, hit the clutch, then shift to second? The stock system's not bad, but I'd like something a little deeper and more aggressive, however I really like that growl. I watched the stock vs. borla video that was posted about a month ago, which was really helpful, however it does not demonstrate the car shifting.
Also, is it still easy to carry on a conversation in the car with the borla system while idling and driving?
Thanks.
