am i the only one who hates our keys/key fob??

The remote on my 96 I30 used to work from about 1/4 mile, as long as it was line of sight. I could lock my car and see the lights blink when it was on the top deck in parking garage almost a block away.

Now I have to walk to within 50' of my car.
