Default Accessory belts or pulleys making noise?

I am having a noise coming from the engine bay around the belt area. It is kind of a constant squeeling noise. Its not the squeeling that you'd hear when the belts are too loose that really only occurs upon start up and goes away quickly. This one is always there. Not really loud but definately noticeable.

At first i thought it was the belts themselves but im beginning to think it may actually be one of the pulleys. The belts have 80k miles on them and I AM changing them next week, but is there anyway I can check the pulleys during the belt changeout to find the suspect?

Here is a video of the noise that someone else posted. It sounds very similar in my situation. The poster says he eliminated a pulley and used a shorter belt, which im not going to do.

Has anyone ever had this issue and how did you resolve it? thanks

I would guess a pulley but I haven't had that problem.

Would it most likely be a idler pulley or a pulley directly connected to the accessory? I'm trying to find replacements just in case I need to order one quickly

That sounds like the belt not the pulley.
The idler pulley would give you more of whirring noise not a squeak. That sounds like squeaking to me.
The belt noise doesnt necessarily have to go away if they are constantly slipping and causing the squeak. If there are multiple cracks and the belt is dry it will squeak all the time not just on start up.
The person who posted the video could've done both at the same time and neglected to realize that he did more work than necessary. Always start with the easier stuff. I haven't heard of any issues with these cars where the pulleys make noise like that.
