"Two young males have been charged with felonies after a car accident last week. They were allegedly street racing down Magnolia St at over 100 mph when a car pulled in front of them. The driver of the other vehicle is still hospitalized in serious condition. If convicted, they could face up to 20 yrs in prison each."

There are a lot of lawsuits around here between people involved in car accidents. [boxing] Civil lawsuits that get filed are listed in the newspaper. Insurance policy coverage of $100,000 per person per accident doesn't go far when one of the victims is in the ICU for several days. I had surgery and had to be in the hospital for about 3 weeks. My hospital bill was 150k. Homes are generally protected in bankruptcy, but just about everything else is open season.[fight]
